Context
Ukrainian youth are extremely capable and talented. Unfortunately, most of them emigrate abroad because they do not receive any real support from the state. The situation with the brain drain reduces Ukraine's competitiveness. This problem needs to be addressed qualitatively.
Project format
Qualifying competition.
The selection criteria are:
high life and professional motivation;
high academic performance;
studying in unpopular areas;
social activity of the candidate(s).

напрямок, що має на меті проведення заходів, які будуть супроводжувати становленню студентів та випускників як майбутніх фахівців, і будуть спрямовані на активізацію внутрішніх ресурсів молоді та самореалізацію в різних сферах суспільного життя.
«Іменний стипендійні професорський фонд»

впровадження стипендійні фонду для заохочення молодого викладача факультета природничих наук.
