Who are we?
The Klitschko Foundation is a charitable organization whose mission is to create opportunities for the development of young people who change local communities through their own projects.
We strive for our society to develop rapidly and progressively, and we believe that the realization of one person's dream can turn the dream of an entire country into reality. And maybe the world!
How do we create changes?
Each of our projects is a new step towards the goal. We fight for everyone who wants to achieve something to be able to do it.
We believe in the effectiveness of non-formal education, we improve projects according to the skills of the 21st century, we promote a project approach in life.
We act and inspire others to act. We change every day.
Why do we need it?
It's simple: at the heart of everything we do is the belief that everyone can achieve their goals, impement their dreams and stand at the top of their own Olympus. And when one person succeeds in this, he or she brings changes to his/her environment, the country and the whole world.
We want to be motivators of change for those who are just at the beginning of their journey, who are looking for and need support. We have experience and want to share it. We are inspired by the implemented projects of our graduates and strive to continue to be a part of the changes they create.

Participation in many international projects made the brothers aware of the need to create their own charitable organization, which on a permanent and professional basis will develop and implement socially important projects in the strategically important spheres of sports and education. Klitschko Foundation held the first charity Gala evening
The first Gala evening of the Klitschko Foundation was held with the participation of 150 guests from all over the world, at which 880,000 euros were collected for the implementation of the foundation's projects. Boxers have prepared seven lots for the charity auction, including an exclusive Swiss watch, produced especially for Ukrainian boxers; a picture painted by Volodymyr Klitschko; a designer dress from Natalia Klitschko; playing golf with Volodymyr Klitschko in Majorca; a match with tennis legend Boris Becker; the opportunity to bring one of the belts of the Ukrainian champion to the ring in German Mannheim before the fight of the younger brother.

The Klitschko brothers became the winners of the German national award
For the first time in the 30 years of its existence, the "Sportsman with a Heart" award, which awards athletes for active social and charitable activities, was awarded to Ukrainian athletes. The organizers of the award were impressed and moved by the work carried out by the Klitschko Foundation in Ukraine.

The second Gala brought the Klitschko Foundation $1,000,000
All funds received from the guests of the Gala evening were directed to the reconstruction of children's sports schools and the organization of a summer educational camp for socially disadvantaged children. This made it possible for more than 5,000 Ukrainian children to play sports for free, learn in decent conditions and achieve new victories.

The Klitschko brothers helped raise 16 million euros for children
The Klitschko brothers took part in the annual charity telethon "Ein Herz fur Kinder" ("Heart for Children") in Berlin. All the funds collected at the event were directed to the implementation of the fund's projects in different countries of the world. Then the number of fees reached 16,386,291 euros.

Deutscher Sportpresseball named Wladimir Klitschko "Sportsman with a heart"
Thanks to charitable activities and successfully implemented projects of the Klitschko Foundation, Volodymyr Klitschko has already become a laureate of the German national award for the second time and deserves the title "Sportsman with a Heart". Every year, this event gathers famous politicians, businessmen, cultural figures, media representatives and show business stars. On the stage of the great hall, outstanding athletes receive awards, but not for sports victories, but for their activities for the benefit of others.

The Japanese government supported Ukrainian sports
The Klitschko Foundation received a grant from the Japanese government for the reconstruction of the Brovary Higher School of Physical Culture in the amount of $71,574. BVUFK is a real forge of Ukrainian champions: since 1983, more than 50 pupils of the school have taken part in the Olympic Games and won 10 medals for Ukraine.

Volodymyr Klitschko received the award of the German foundation "Ein Herz fur Kinder"
Volodymyr Klitschko received the "Golden Heart" award, which is annually awarded to well-known philanthropists by the German "Ein Herz fur Kinder" foundation. As part of the charity marathon, thanks to the participation of the Ukrainian athlete, 26 million euros were collected, which will be sent to help not only the children of Germany but also Ukrainian children who suffered from the consequences of the Chornobyl disaster or suffer from cancer.

Klitschko Foundation launched a humanitarian direction
After the beginning of the full-scale russian invasion Ukrainians were in extremely difficult conditions. That is why the foundation's team launched a new direction of our activities - providing humanitarian assistance. All our resources were redirected to the delivery of food, clothing, medicine and other humanitarian aid. In cooperation with international organizations and all those who support us financially, we organize the delivery of all the necessary goods to Ukraine.

When the foundation was founded in 2003, the priority areas were sports and education. But every year the fund improved and developed, so now we work in four areas:
Education: we are convinced that education is the best investment, because by changing the way of thinking, developing critical thinking and forming knowledge, skills and experience, together we can build a highly developed society. Therefore, a significant part of our projects has an educational component.
Sports: we give young people the opportunity to train and achieve their sports dreams. Each renovated school, sports equipment provided, educational lectures and trainings held create an environment in which young people can systematically practice, harmoniously develop and confidently conquer new heights.
Active citizenship: working with the participants of the fund's projects, we know that we are not only changing them. The effect is much greater. By implementing local projects, participants become changemakers, leaders in their localities and make positive changes in the lives of their communities. We understand that all our actions have local and then global results, so we make sure that they are only positive developments.
International cooperation: we always appreciate the exchange of experience and the opportunities that open up for us from cooperation with international partners - it allows us to create stronger projects.
We are a charitable organization and implement projects aimed at the development of civil society. For this, we do not use political methods, but a project approach. This is what we teach our graduates, who change local communities through their own projects.
If you did not participate in the project this year, you can try your hand at the next recruitment, and we will definitely consider your candidacy. The main thing is to meet the criteria.
We develop and approve the project implementation plan independently at the beginning of the year and plan all work in the fund according to it, so, unfortunately, we are not able to implement the proposed ideas.
