National system of digital services for urban communities that makes city management more efficient, transparent, and secure, while keeping residents more engaged in city life
Context
Ukrainian cities make decisions every day that directly affect the comfort and safety of millions of people. To do this quickly and transparently, local authorities need accurate data, while residents need a simple way to access services or report issues.
Misto combines a mobile application for residents and guests with an analytical portal for city administrations. Together, they form a unified digital ecosystem for communication, service delivery, and data-driven decision-making.
Mission
We believe a city becomes better when local government and residents listen to each other. The mission of Misto is to ensure that every community has modern tools for dialogue and that every resident has quick access to municipal services. The project expands digital inclusion, supports transparent governance, and fosters sustainable urban development.
