The “Flourish 3.0” project has officially started — a psycho-emotional recovery program for Ukrainian teenagers aged 14–16. Over the course of two weeks, participants will stay in Portugal, where they will combine surfing, work with psychologists, group activities, and time for inner reset.

The project was created as a safe space for teenagers living amid full-scale war, constant stress, and uncertainty. Through sports, support from specialists, and a community of like-minded peers, participants will have the opportunity to better understand themselves, restore their inner resources, and find new points of support.

The program includes surfing lessons, yoga, creative practices, group sessions, and daily work with psychologists. Special attention is paid to creating an atmosphere of trust, acceptance, and open dialogue.

“Today, Ukrainian teenagers are growing up in a reality where anxiety, fatigue, and emotional exhaustion have become part of everyday life. That is precisely why it is important for us to create spaces where they can at least briefly exhale, feel supported, and simply be themselves,” says Angelina Osadcha, CEO of Klitschko Foundation.

She added that “Flourish” is a project aimed at building inner resilience and skills for caring for one’s own mental state.

The project is being implemented together with Kultur.Konvoi, with the support of our partners WeAreAllUkrainians and Pure SurfCamps.
