School of Resilience project has officially finished. Over the course of eight days, teenagers from across Ukraine learned, collaborated, and developed practical skills to design and launch their own local initiatives.
One of the program’s key components was project management. Together with an expert, participants explored its fundamentals: identifying problems and defining objectives, setting clear goals, analysing stakeholders, building effective teams, assigning responsibilities using the RACI framework, and managing potential risks.
An important part of the learning experience was the LEGO Serious Play session, where participants strengthened their creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving skills while exploring new approaches to tackling complex challenges.
School of Resilience program also included training sessions on artificial intelligence, financial literacy, media literacy, communications, legal minimum, career orientation, first aid, and public speaking. Together, these sessions provided participants with the knowledge and practical tools needed to develop and implement their own local initiatives.
“For us, it is important that participants return home with practical solutions for their communities after the project ends. That is why we dedicated a significant part of the project to developing local initiatives,” said Klitschko Foundation CEO Angelina Osadcha.
She added that this experience teaches young people how to analyze challenges, work effectively in teams, take responsibility, and turn their ideas into tangible results. This is how a new generation of changemakers is being shaped.
The final stage of the project was the pitching session for participants’ local projects. Each teenager presented the initiative they had developed throughout the program, demonstrating the knowledge, practical skills, and confidence they had gained to bring their ideas to life.
