Klitschko Foundation has started the second School of Resilience of the summer. Over the next eight days, participants from across Ukraine will develop practical skills that empower them to make responsible decisions and drive positive change in their communities.

The program is built around hands-on learning. Throughout the week, teenagers will take part in trainings on project management, communications, media literacy, financial literacy, legal literacy, artificial intelligence, first aid, and public speaking. They will also work in teams, meet with experts, and participate in daily reflection sessions and individual and group meetings with psychologists designed to strengthen their emotional resilience.

A key focus of the program is the development of local initiatives. Every participant will have the opportunity to transform an idea into a structured project by identifying a challenge, building a team, developing an implementation plan, and presenting it at the end of the project. Most importantly, these initiatives will continue beyond School of Resilience, with participants bringing them back to their communities and turning their ideas into real action.

“We want Ukrainian teenagers to know that they can continue learning, growing, finding support, and creating meaningful change around them. That is why we combine modern knowledge, practical experience, and an environment where every participant has the opportunity to unlock their potential,” said Klitschko Foundation CEO Angelina Osadcha.

By investing in the development of Ukrainian teenagers today, Klitschko Foundation is helping shape a new generation of responsible, resilient, and proactive young people who are ready to take responsibility for their communities and for Ukraine’s future.
